    not all pre-made nuts will fit properly and will require modifications. Making one from scratch would quicker. However, I would never ever grind bone blanks inside. That shit stinks!!

    First thing you should do is get a notched straight edge and make sure the neck is straight. A simple truss rod adjustment can solve buzzing problems sometimes.
